If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per "No Show" rules you will not be entitled to a refund.

Firstly, this was not a small group tour. The group consisted of about 25 people. This made the group so large that if you’re not near the tour guide, the radio connection cuts off and you are walking in silence missing what the tour guide is saying. Now speaking of the tour guide, we spent the first few minutes IN THE HOT SUN trying to figure out how to get everyone to hear her Bc many people complained that it was staticky and couldn’t make out anything she said. I did not find her to be knowledgeable nor very informative. It was a complete waste of what was supposed to be a 2.5 hour tour. It only lasted 45 minutes. We were supposed to begin at 4 pm. We started walking towards the colosseum at 4:20 and by 5:25 we handed back the radios Among all of the tours I booked for my trip, this was by far the worse. I walked away not learning anything new. Any piece of information I managed to hear is something you already come to Rome with as prior knowledge. I was tempted to walk away and tour the colosseum myself as another couple ended up doing. I wish I had !
