We struggled finding where to pick up the pass which eliminated a day of site seeing. There are no instructions for what to do at the sites once you arrive. Directions emailed before with maps would be helpful. The hours of the hop on hop off bus were not convenient and bus stops were not accurate. I would recommend just getting the Roma Pass and a city bus pass. The rest was not worth the money paid.

Skip the line is not really skip the line. I took my 90 years old father for a birthday treat. Booked a 3 day Hop-on-Hop-off with tickets to the Vatican and the Colosseum. They gave me the tickets to the Vatican right at the Omni office. Only trouble was that they were for the 5th. day which was after the bus passes ran out. To get the tickets to the Colosseum we had to wait in line for two and a half hours. then go on the same day to the Colosseum. Wait there for your group's turn to go in. That would have been at least another hour. I had to SKIP the whole process to get the tickets and the tour. How could I put my 90 years old father through that much waiting? There are no provisions for seniors. The staff are helpful but because of the volume of people they're overwhelmed. Overall I was not pleased with the set up and they definitely need to consider the needs for the seniors. HP

This is a great pass covering all the basic needs of the tourists. Omnia office is easy to find at St. Peter,s square for redemption. They quickly arrange for Vatican tours on next days. Colosseum tickets are long better to book in advance or visit the palentine hill office for tickets in mornings by 9. Overall a great package and time saving option. There are too many options and I was confused. But very satisfied with the coverage and options.

Firstly I booked this on line which wast a problem . Pick up tickets at saint peters they said not exactly where Rome crammed full and no presice information eventually soaked threw we mange to join the free for all to collect ticket took 20 mins for them to explain. That skip the queue was in fact a rugby scrum and you got no special treatment after being hearded through the Sistine chapel the peace of saint peters the only thing this is good for is transport saving you money . The hop on bus shows you parts of Rome you would never see but are not worth it overall I would not rate this ticket at all I gave two stars as it was good for the trains

Booking Coliseum impossible - phone lines not answered and after a few minutes cuts off, website booking does not work. We tried to book two days running and failed. Bus tour OK when you can find where the buses stop - there are no proper bus stops so you have to rely on the map which is not detailed enough to pinpoint the stops. Avoid the Vatican Museum - it is a horrendously packed nightmare - check out the thousands of bad reviews on TripAdvisor, I wish I had before I went...... There is no phone contact to the Omnia ticket offices in Rome.

Omnia pass helped us to see Vatican city and Rome in an organised and efficient manner. The skip the lines feature saved us a lot of time and energy and avoided standing in long lines

the bus stops did not have any signs as to where the bus stops exactly. yes, one can look at the map supplied, however, if it is a square / piazza (like Argentina sq) and there are bus stops on all sides, then one has to run around. not to mention that the buses do not always stop at the bus stop. most of the pre-recorded guide equipment on the buses do not work.
