A great example of Renaissance architecture in Rome, Palazzo Altemps has been part of the National Roman Museum since 1997. • The Crypta Balbi is an extraordinary testimony to the evolution of Roman society and urban landscape from the antiquity to the 20th century. You can visit the cellars, where you will admire the structure of the crypt, and a monument intended for free grain distribution.
