Your first stop it’s at the Basilica of Saint Clement, a Roman Catholic basilica as well a unique architectural complex. Here you will have a unique experience lead by an expert English speaking guide. Absorbed in a place with a complete silence, darkness but not the hostile one, admiring frescoes that tell stories of long gone time and in the background, you will listen interesting anecdotes about this magic place with in the background the flowing water of an underground fountain which dates back to the Imperial Rome.
Tucked away in the beautiful Rione Monti, we will visit the church of San Pietro in Vincoli, where is located one of the greatest masterpieces of Italian sculpture. The Michelangelo's Moses, is an example of superb technique and unparalleled beauty.
This tour will end with an inviting selection of regional cheeses, premium salami and hams, smoked fish and a choice of hot homemade dishes complement the Italian wines.
