Villa Borghese and the city center Segway tour

About this activity

The Tour starts in Villa Borghese, at the end of viale Belvedere, where our staff will conduct an introductory training session on using the Segways to ensure everyone is confident riding them, and continues through the gardens and historic city centre of Rome.

This tour starts in the verdant heart of the city, Villa Borghese, and you’ll also discover the magnificent ancient monuments of the third largest park in Rome. The Borghese Gallery is a treasure trove of great works of art by the most famous Italian painters; from there you’ll continue on to the lake and Piazza di Siena and the Pincio (Pincian Hill) with its breathtaking view over the entire city.

Back down to Piazza del Popolo to visit the principal piazzas of the historic centre and explore the alleyways of Campo Marzio, the imposing Pantheon, the colonnade in Piazza di Pietra and the Fontana della Barcaccia (fountain of the ugly boat) in Piazza di Spagna, at the foot of the famous Spanish Steps.
