A very memorable adventure - we loved it! The helicopter flight was great, and the approach to and landing on White Island exciting. The short walk round the volcano was fascinating and other-worldly. It was strangely compelling to walk inside the crater, and we found it hard to leave! A highlight of our New Zealand trip!
Wow! To walk in the crater of an active volcano..such an incredible experience! Our pilot was very knowledgeable, and they provide masks to help with the sting in your throat caused by the sulfur. It was also a plus to see Rotorua and the Bay of Plenty from the sky. Highly recommend this tour.
Really incredible. Worth every penny and extremely fun and interesting. Flying in a helicopter is more fun than I'd imagined, and the sights on the volcano are really cool. If you want to experience something exclusive and memorable, this is it.
