AURORA NEST: Arctic Glass House for Hunting Northern Lights

About this activity
"Aurora Nest" is a unique way to enjoy the Northern Lights in mobile Arctic Glass House. Depart from your hotel and head to the Arctic forest, 30 km away from Rovaniemi. Enter the glacial lake surrounded by a magical forest. We have prepared a warm moving glasshouse for you, which will be taken by Snowmobile to the Centre of an ice lake.
You can just lie down, relax and enjoy the clear sky in this unique house. The middle of the frozen lake would be the best place to view the Northern Lights. The open lake (with a thickness of 1 meter of ice in the winter) is free of obstructions and is the best place for the Northern Lights photography without any light pollution.
There is a possibility to upload the most incredible Northern Lights photos on the social media straight out from the glasshouse which is equipped with a WiFi! The tour guide will prepare the Finnish barbecue and hot drinks for you.
