Lets combine these two activities, Ice Fishing and Snowshoeing by walking through the forest and open forests to a beautiful spot to do some ice fishing in the Lapland locality.

In the interest of conservation we use trails already established, this allows us to use local beauty spots that have facilities for our activities. We can also use other tracks that are not so regularly used, and also equally as beautiful.

Ice fishing is a very popular winter past time here in Lapland, locals are often seen out on the frozen lakes or rivers trying to catch one of the millions of fish that populate these bodies of water. Fish that swim up through these waters are trout, grayling, bream and many more. Drill your hole, set your line and cast down the hole to see what you can catch. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of a frozen lake in an area that can be viewed as an untouched, clean and natural environment.

This most enjoyable past time is very popular way to traverse through deep snow forests. Take your time to discover the snow covered trees, the deep snow beneath your feet and explore untouched areas where you can truly discover what Lapland means.
