Northern Lights Snowmobile Safari with Finnish Picnic and Bonfire

About this activity
Your guide will light up a bonfire and you will enjoy a picnic while waiting for the Northern Lights to appear. Everyone can grill traditional Finnish “makkara” sausages on the fire and Lappish berry juice will be served to keep you warm. For taking proper photos in darkness, you can bring along the tripod for your camera.
Two adults ride one snowmobile, single riding supplement is offered at an extra charge. The tour is suitable for families with children, children are traveling in the sledge pulled by the guides snowmobile. Children over 140 cm in height are allowed to sit on the snowmobile when paying the adult price.
Customers are recommended to have an early dinner in the hotel before the departure.
The driver of a snowmobile has to be at least 15 years old and hold a valid driver license – A1, T, A or B category (please check that it is valid in Finland!)

Beside it being a cloudy night not the companies fault the trails got so bumpy in certain areas that needed grooming part of the ride was uncomfortable for the passenger. However, the stop for berry juice was very relaxing and beautiful.
