(H) Inka Jungle Trail 04 Days (Group Tour)

Itinerary

Day 1: CUSCO - SANTA MARIA - BICYCLE

Stop At: Ollantaytambo Travel, Ollantaytambo -13.2564803,-72.2648947, Ollantaytambo 08676 Peru
We will pick up you from the hotel at 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. and heading towards the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where we can appreciate beautiful natural attractions. We will stop after an hour and a half approx. in the town of Ollantaytambo where you can have your breakfast then we will continue by car for about an hour more until we reach the Malaga pass (4316 m.s.m.) where we will start the descent by bicycle after an hour and a half. We will make a stop in HUAMANMARKA archaeological center where the guide will explain details about this place, then we will continue through fruit fields and rivers.
During the descent through the valley we will have the support of our guide, and emergency transportation which will only accompany us to Santa María, where we will sleep. (Lunch, dinner and overnight).

Day 2: SANTA MARÍA – SANTA TERESA – TREKKING

Stop At: Inca Jungle, Cusco Peru
We get up around 7:00 a.m. and after breakfast we start walking along the river. We will be able to witness along the way, animals of the region such as birds (parrots, hummingbird, eagles), wild cats, centipedes, lizards, medicinal plants and fruit trees (banana, mango, orange, tangerines, cocoa, pacay and sombre coca, coffee , etc) then we will arrive to the small town Quellomayo to take a rest and have a lunch. Then we will walk approx. 1 hour and from there we will take a transport to Santa Teresa, arriving approximately at 4:00 p.m. (breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight).

Day 3: SANTA TERESA – AGUAS CALIENTES

Stop At: Hot Springs (Aguas Calientes), Signposted from main square, Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu Peru
We willa have a breakfast approx. At 8:00 am. Then we will enjoy the lodge for a couple of hours and do canopy activities (not included) and then approx. At 10:00 am continue by car to Hidroelectrica where we will walk and have lunch on the route and after approximately 5 hours we will be in Aguas Calientes.
At night you can take a walk around the city and visit the thermal baths of this place (dinner and lodging included).

Day 4: MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO

Stop At: Santuario Historico de Machu Picchu, Machu Picchu Peru
In the morning at 5:00 a.m. We will wake up at 5:30 a.m. we will go to the most important archaeological center "Machupicchu", we will take the first bus and after approx. 25 minutes we will arrive at the control point and enter Machu Picchu once inside we will go to machupicchu to start the guided approx. 2 hours, then you will have free time to enjoy machupicchu on your own, after that depending on the schedule of your return ticket you should go down to Aguas Calientes and the guide will help you in giving you the indications so that you will not have problems when returning to Ollantaytambo and In the station of ollantaytambo will be waiting for the transfer that will take you to the city of Cusco, arriving approx. 11:00 pm.
