About this activity
DAY 1 FRIDAY: Arrival at the Bilbao Airport and transfer to the selected hotel in Bilbao. Lodging at the Hotel.
DAY 2 SATURDAY: Breakfast. At 09.00hours starts the half day tour. We will visit the Transporter Bridge of Biscay,the Castle of Butron and Mungia. From here we will reach San Juan de Gaztelugatxe. We will continue along the coast to Bermeo, where we will stop for a walking visit. Later, we turn next to Mundaka and we will be able to enjoy the beauty views of the Urdaibai Reserve of Biosphere. We follow the route till Gernika and visit the Assembly House and the Tree. Return to Bilbao for lunch. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, we will start a City Tour of Bilbao. Transfer to the selected hotel and lodging.
DAY 3 SUNDAY: Breakfast. At 09.00hours starts the full day tour.We will arrive to Biarritz. Following the coastal road we will continue to Saint Jean De Luz. A lovely village located on the French Basque coast.Afterwards, we will do a transfer on a boat from Hendaya to Hondarribia across the Txingudi bay. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, we will arrive to San Sebastian to start a tour into the city. Free time. Finally we will return to Bilbao. Lodgin at the hotel.
DAY 4 MONDAY: Breakfast. At 09.00hours starts de tour to go to Vitoria and to the Rioja wine area.We will start directly in Vitoria with a panoramic tour of the city and a short walking tour into the centre. Later, we follow the route towards the wine region and passing by Labastida, arrive finally to the medieval village of Laguardia. We will start a walking tour and visit a traditional Rioja winery with tasting of wines. Free time for lunch. By mid-afternoon return back to Bilbao seeing Elciego. Lodgin at the hotel.
DAY 5 TUESDAY: Breakfast. At 09.00hours starts a full day excursion to the province of Gipuzkoa. The tour starts passing by Eibar, Elgoibar, Azkoitia and reach the Sanctuary of Loyola. In Loyola we will stop to visit the shrine of harmonious proportions. We will travel through Azpeitia, going to the coast by Zumaia and reach Getaria. Afterwards, the trip continues passing by Zarautz.Later, we arrive to San Sebastian for a City Tour. Free time for lunch. After lunch, we will start a walking tour into the old city. Return to Bilbao in the midafternoon. Lodgin at the hotel.
DAY 6 WEDNESDAY: Breakfast. At 09.00hours starts the half day tour into the most traditional inner Basque Country. We will head towards the area of Durango.We will stop in Elorrio, then we will arrive to Oñati, the most elegant and monumental village of the province of Gipuzkoa.
DAY 7 THRUSDAY: Breakfast. Transfer from the hotel to airport.
