About this activity

You will be picked up from your hotel in Bilbao. In the morning, enjoy a guided tour of the Santa María de los Reyes Church, built in the late sixteenth century, where the precious seventeenth century polychrome can be contemplated. Then we will go to the Abbey Tower, a fortified tower of the thirteenth century from which you can see the whole valley of the Denomination of Origin Rioja. Now that we have increased your appetite - what’s better than a visit to a 15th Century´s winery and discover the true history of wine?

For lunch you will taste a typical Riojan menu in a wine cellar (subject to availability when booking) or in a typical restaurant.

During the afternoon we suggest you to walk through vineyards. You will spend all day in Laguardia. Transfers will be done by a minivan: Bilbao-Laguardia-Bilbao.
