Visit of the Fountain Park. Peterhof Fountains & Grounds – Built to rival and top Versailles in France, the palace sits atop of a hill overlooking the Gulf of Finland. Peter the Great drafted the layout for the 300-hundred acre park featuring 176 fountains and supervised the design of many of the park’s palaces. The Grand Cascade, the most famous fountain group, features gilded Samson prying open lion's jaws as water cascades down the terraced steps, and small spouting fountains anoint smaller sculptures. We shall stroll through the lower parks and gardens, and view and "experience" (be careful!) some of the Peters. surprise creations among the many decorative fountains.
Return to the city by Hydrofoil ( if seas or wind are high, you return on your touring van).
Return to your ship.

Irina our tour guide from T and T made sure that we had a great experience touring St. Petersborg in only 9 hours. However in our description was indicated a visit to the Peter and Paul fortress,but Irina had not been informed, and in the end we had no more time. We will certainly use Viator again.
I would highly recommend this company. Their organisation and efficiency were first class. Our guide Svetlana Gorbkhova could not have been more friendly or knowledgeable. My wife and I arrived in St Petersburg on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship and were made to wait on board until their own tour parties left. Despite being 30 minutes late for our arranged tour start we need not have worried because our tour guide was stood waiting for us after we had gone through customs. The 9 hour tour was packed with everything we had hoped for. It included visiting Peterhof which was stunning, a trip on the hydrofoil, a canal ride, as well as visiting the main sights of St Petersburg (including going in the Hermitage museum). The fact that we were on a small bus with only 6 other people meant that the whole experience was much more personal than if we had been on a large coach with 40 or 50 other people.. The price of the tour was also very competitive, especially in comparison to those organised by the cruise line. Overall - an excellent tour and we will definitely look to use this company again when we next cruise.
The tour was excellent. The tour guide was a wonderful guide. She was very pleasant.
