Day 1

8:30 Your private guide and driver meet you at passport immigration control next to your ship.

8:30 12:00 CITY TOUR in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. You will see and take pictures of the marvelous panoramic sights along the banks of the Neva River and the most famous and beautiful sights of the city center.

9:30 10:30 CANAL CRUISE along rivers and canals of the "Venice of the North".

10:30 11:30PETER AND PAUL FORTRESS TOUR. The fortress is the birth place of St. Petersburg.

12:00 13:00 TRADITIONAL RUSSIAN LUNCH which won't leave you indifferent.

13:00 15:00 HERMITAGE EXCURSION - Includes the 4 buildings of this ensemble the Winter Palace, the small Hermitage, the New Hermitage, and the Old Hermitage.

Return to the ship

After the tour of the first day you may return to the ship or to attend the theater either to hear an opera or to watch a ballet (the ticket price will depend upon theater, performance and seat location). We will reserve the tickets for you for a very memorable cultural experience. If you choose to hear and see something that is connected with Russian folklore, there are folklore shows (the ticket price to be confirmed) at your disposal with Russian dances, song, tricks, traditional Russian instruments and much more, or simply enjoy a dinner at a good( not so touristy) Russian restaurant. Feel free to share all of your travel wishes with us. 

Your 3-4 hours extra staying in the city is free of charge, price for the tickets of your choice and meals is own expense.

Day 2

8:00 Your fully-licensed guide and safe driver will greet you at passport immigration control next to your ship.

8:00 12:00 Set off for a JOURNEY TO PUSHKIN (TSARSKOE SELO) - one of St. Petersburg's suburbs. You will visit the summer residence of former Tsars- Catherine's Palace (including the famous Amber Room - the 8th Wonder of the World)

12:00 12:40 Time for testing Russian Tea and traditional pancakes

13:00 15 30 PETERHOF TOUR- another summer residence of former Russian emperors. You will tour the Upper Garden which resembles Versailles in its planning and the Lower Park with its incomparable fountains. 

15:30 16:00 METRO TRIP the interiors of which recall palaces not subways.

17:00 Return to the ship

Your guide may change the sequence of sightseeing depending on museum crowds, museum days closed, traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. Please do not be concerned. You will see all the sights mentioned in your itinerary.
