Our guide - an art and history expert will pick you up in the lobby of your hotel at 10.30 AM and take you on a comfortable transport (type of it depends on quantity of persons in your group) to the Hermitage Museum and from the moment you're taken- your four-hour tour of the history of art will start! About 11.00 AM or 11.30 AM you'll see the beautiful Winter palace (one of the buildings of the museum now) and you'll get inside without queues for the tickets and the guide will lead you through the beautiful world of European art and Russian history.

You will learn why the Hermitage is one of the most important museums in the world; you will enjoy the works of great artists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, Raphael, Rubens, Titian. You can feel like a foreign ambassador in tsarist Russia, climbing the luxurious Jordanian staircase. You will see the magnificent ceremonial halls of the Winter Palace, which were used for the ceremonial exits of the imperial family, balls and dinners. You will be surprised to see legendary peacock clock in the Pavilion Hall, a gift to Catherine II. It still works!
