Our guide who was a college student who was pleasant, but didn't seem engaged in the tour. She was knowledgeable, but I felt that she primarily answered our questions rather than providing a dialog about the sights. Our itinerary certainly didn't match that in the tour description. We stopped at a donut shop, pastry shop and a fancy food store. We have done several foodie tours in other cities and were delighted with them. THIS WAS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE!

This tour was a rip-off. We had the half day private tour. This consisted of a long walking tour to a bakery/tea shop, a stop to look at a fancy food emporium, and a stop at a place for crepes. While our guide was charming, the tour was a waste of our time and gave us little to no insight into Russian food or culture. This food and culture tour cost us 234! At total rip-off.

What a fantastic couple of hours I had exploring the main strip of St Petersburg on this Food and Cultural tour. I could have done this on my own, as St Petersburg is an easy city to navigate, but it was lovely to get the history, knowledge and insight behind all the amazing sights from Valerie, my local guide. To top it off, you get some yummy Russian food as part of your day!
