Everything fantastic. I had no trouble with my ticket. The Museum is simply amazing ... You would need years to deep into details

we found the correct entrance to the site, back of a long queue others with the same ticket. it might be better to take a guide there is no direction inside you stagger from room to room and must be easy to miss rooms. you also have to contend with the asians and their elbows. it was busy.

tried contacting company before i left about ticket bar code not coming through just kept sending a link for ticket but didn't have bar code ,after long wait in heavy rain for entry the hermitage refused entry due to wrong ticket , i ended up having to go back out into another queue to purchase tickets then line up again for entry was total wasted day im beyond angry with viator they didn't help before trip still i paid for there two day ticket which wasn't valid so had to pay again in cash ,they took my money but no ticket ,this is disgraceful a total waste of money i wont be using incompetent company again and no doubt ive lost my 58 pound ,lying nicely in there little pockets ,i will be looking into this further though
