Anna was our very calm, knowledgeable guide for a most interesting 3 hour tour of the Hermitage. Even though it was incredibly crowded inside, the ear phones provided, made all the difference.
Anna was our tour guide, she was polite and so knowledgeable. This your way exceeded my expectations The three hours passed so quickly and we learnt so much
The tour was well-organized, we even got an e-mail from the tour operator a day before with all the info and reminders which was very appreciated. The tour was not really an early access as our particular group was in the museum past 10.30. But we didn't need to wait in line anywhere and our guide Lesa was very knowledgeable and with very good English, she was able to guide us around most of the tourist groups, so we had great experience. We were only three people in the English speaking group on that day, our couple and a young lady from Finland. So the tour was almost private. We also were lucky as the museum was not that crowded as usual. We are very happy with the tour and would highly recommend it.
The guide Ciryl (don't kwow this russian names) from Marina Wilson tours was very good! Lots of infos, funny and right on time! I recommend it!

Aviator get a failing grade by association. The guide was late a couple of hours, therefore there was no early access. We skipped the horrendous lines, so the wait in the guided tours lines was acceptable
We took this tour with a guide that only takes very small groups of 8 people and it was very good. the Hermitage is a Museum that you cannot miss if you go to St Petersburg it is an absolute must.
Tim, the guide did a superb job in taking us small group of 5 through The Hermitage. He showed us a lot of stuff which to me, was enough considering the size of the place and also an option to wander after. I think his knowledge, his professionalism, and what we saw was enough I didn't need to see any more! We were all clearly satisfied with Tim! Awesome job!
