TRANSPORTATION was great except for Day 3. The bigger buses were clean and comfortable. On Day 3, the 15-passenger bus wasn’t comfortable or clean (I had to wipe food crumbs out of my seat when I first entered), and the windows were dirty making. Our driver turned on the windshield wipers. The dust was cleaned off but the bugs weren’t. SITES chosen for this tour were great. ACCOMMODATIONS were comfortable and clean. Free Wi-Fi was a plus. But, we will not revisit The Park Inn in SLC. We asked for an extra blanket and the desk clerk was rude (didn’t get a blanket). The halls and rooms had a bad smell. GUIDES: Day 1-2 Joseph was a great guide. Day 3 Jay was our guide/driver. We had long drives from one point to another (30 min to 2 hours), so we asked Jay if he rested well the night before to which he replied, “not too good”. I stayed alert only to find him yawning and his eyes half closing at times. He tailgated pretty close. On the way to the Lodge at the end of the day, Jay was speeding, passing cars, and blowing his horn at them. Days 4-5 Perry was our guide and was also knowledgeable.
