Confusion about first pick-up. Stephanie's directions said one thing, the pick-up came earlier.. When we were to be picked up at the train station in Salzburg, no one was there to meet us. After searching all over every platform, and all taxis, we called Stephanie to find out the driver was there but had no paper with our name on it. I used the voucher and put our name on it and sent husband outside to check taxis again. Inside, I finally saw the driver walking around with her copy of the voucher. After getting her attention, we went to her car, where she opened the trunk only to find it filled with luggage. She issued an expletive and we got all luggage inside the car. We wouldn't use this tour company again.
