Stand Up Paddleboarding is one of the most enjoyable adventure sports in Costa Rica that offers a body workout. This sport is simple to learn and the tours can very often be tailored to match any skill level. Stand up paddling also allows visitors to explore the magical reefs and beaches of Costa Rica. The country’s lush coastline and crystalline waters are perfect for stand up paddling. There is indeed not a more fun way to discover the outer reefs while enjoying awe inspiring views of the tropical coastline.

Garza beach is the preferred place to carry out this activity, given the calm sea conditions that prevail throughout the year, as well as the mountainous scenery seen from the sea. We focus on SUP instruction and safety learning in the open sea. We only operate at low tide.

Depending on local conditions your ocean paddling experience will be crafted to you and your groups’ skill level. During the trip you’ll increase your ocean knowledge and experience its dynamic waters enhancing your stand up paddling skills and confidence.
