You'll lotion up, meet your instructor and get a rashguard then some easy on-land instruction about your equipment and basic stand up paddle board safety and maneuvering before getting assisted into the water to paddle. Paddle the whole time, or tie up to relax and have a snack and drink to enjoy the new perspective looking back to shore in paradise!
