Itinerary

Day 1 – Villegas River Rafting

We go to look for the passengers by the Hotel and we leave Bariloche by the route 40. We go towards Villegas passing through the lakes Gutiérrez, Mascardi and Guillelmo.

Once in the boarding place, at the confluence of the Villegas and Manso rivers, we dressed with the river equipment and after a brief safety talk by the head-guide we are ready to start the descent.

Surrounded by exuberant vegetation the crystalline waters of the Manso become exciting ... Billiard Band, Hippopotamus Tooth, Russian Mountain and Magnetic Rock are the most intense rapids that we will sail. In the summer months the sun invites us to enjoy a dip in the warm backwaters that form the waters of the river. When we reach the Lower Manso valley we conclude the navigation.

At our exclusive Puerto Manso Parador, after changing our clothes, we enjoyed a delicious snack to later return to Bariloche.

Operability: November to April. Required: Over 05 years.

  • San Martin de los Andes and Seven Lakes Road The route of this beautiful circuit includes the whole range of landscapes that can be enjoyed in this privileged region. The journey to San Martin, on a wooded road that crosses rivers and streams and borders several lakes (Nahuel Huapi, Correntoso, Espejo, Escondido, Villarino, Falkner and Machónico) on whose banks, some beaches and various panoramic points allow you to enjoy wonderful landscapes. Bordering the Lacar Lake, you arrive at San Martin de los Andes to have lunch and to know the city.
  • Small Circuit with Chairflift Campanario Hill + Cathedral Hill The Small Circuit is the presentation of Bariloche. It is a walk to enjoy and savor. The beauty of the landscape is present throughout the journey. Various points along the way and some natural viewpoints, such as Bahía López and Punto Panorámico, are ideal for contemplating this marvel. The chairlift of Cerro Campanario, located in the "center of the landscape" (Km 17), elevates it "to the right height of amazement" to enjoy the most beautiful view of the area. In front of Puerto Pañuelo, the Llao Llao Hotel and the San Eduardo Chapel, are unique attractions for visitors. Catedral Hill is the most important Ski Center in South America. During the winter season, it offers a wide and varied infrastructure of services for skiing and snowboarding to enjoy the snow and its fantastic landscapes. Different means of lifting allow access to it at different times of the year. The rest of the year you can enjoy its magnificent panoramic views and in the summer to perform various activities that allow you to fully enjoy its stunning nature: mountain biking, horseback riding, abseiling, rock climbing or trekking, some of the many possibilities offered by the mountain to those who wish to enjoy it actively.
