Puerto Blest and Cantaros Falls full-day tour from Bariloche

After picking you up at your hotel in the centre of Bariloche, we will head towards Puerto Pañuelo, driving along the Nahuel Huapi Lake, by Castillo Avenue. Arriving at Puerto Pañuelo, located between the Llao Llao Peninsula and Villa Tacul, we will embark a boat to start sailing on the Nahuel Huapi Lake, highlight of the region. We will first head towards the Centinela Islet, where the remains of the Perito Francisco Pascasio Moreno, father of the Argentinian National Parks, rest.

We will then sail towards Cantaros Waterfall, from where we can see a majestic larch tree, believed to be 1,500 years old. Then, we will walk up for a while and on the way, we will enter the lush vegetation of the Valdivian jungle to reach Lake Cantaros, birthplace of the waterfall. We will then walk back to the boat and sail just five more minutes to finally reach Puerto Blest, an amazing place visited for years by many tourists from everywhere.

Then, you can visit from there the bay and know the margins of Lake Frias, whose peculiar green waters come from one of the glaciers of Cerro Tronador, natural border between Argentina and Chile. There you can opt for the optional navigation to Lake Frias ( not included). After sailing through Nahuel Huapi Lake and its hidden corners, we will disembark in Puerto Pañuelo, from where we will take you back to Bariloche.
