very nice tour. We got to see all the beaches and beautiful sights that we would have missed if it wasn't for this tour, our tour guide was very informative

We were fortunate that we were the only people to book the tour that day so we had a personal tour with Morty. He is very entertaining and knowledgeable about the San Diego area. He pulled over when my wife saw something that she wanted to take a photo of. He took the time to explain what we were seeing. It was entertaining and information and I recommended it to a few other people that were attending the same convention.

The southern California coast line is a must see, especially for those living inland. The beauty is overwhelming and the activities associated with the cliffs and the Pacific ocean particularly the surfing, hang gliding and kayaking are sights to behold and to engage in if you are so inclined. Certainly, a camera and a good pair of walking shoes are a must. The seals sunbathing on the rocks in La Jolla were unfazed by our presence making for some very intimate photos. The serenity of the Self Realization gardens overlooking the Ocean were pure California. The seven hour tour goes very quickly not affording much time at any of the attractions as the guide keeps moving at a rapid pace. Re-visiting some of the stops at one's leisure is a good idea.

Of the places listed that we were supposed to visit, one closed on Mon and 2 were just drivebys. So, you really only visit 3 beaches, the Cabrillo Monument and the Torrey Pines Gliderport. In addition, no historical, geographical, geological facts provided. No ability to get water and food inedible.

This was a great way to get a taste of the coast north of San Diego. Our tour guide, Morty, did an excellent job. The tour was well paced. We were able to see many interesting and beautiful sights and were given time to enjoy them. The touring van was very comfortable. Van is windowless-so bring something warm for the ride. Point Loma, Cabrillo Monument, Rosecrans Cemetery and the lighthouse were so interesting and the views incredible. We stopped at numerous beautiful beaches, all distinct in their own ways, and it was fun to see then Glider Port at Torrey Pines. It was great not to be doing the driving. In our opinion the tour was well worth the price. Very convenient that the tour picked us up at our downtown hotel. Thank you Coastal Tours for the wonderful day trip.
