Absolutely loved this tour. Markham winery was wonderful, and Peter Cellars was amazing. Want to go again.

Collected from our hotel by Steven from Portsmouth! who was our friendly and informative driver and guide for the day. A lovely journey into Sonoma and Napa valleys with visits to 3 lovely small scale wineries. A small group so we didn't have long waits for anyone to get back on board and we had chance to chat while we tasted. Steven was a mine of information which he dispensed with humour so we didn't feel lectured to. The lunch break at Yountsville was great as we had time to have a decent lunch without feeling hurried. The lesson in wine tasting which we had at Homewood Winery was just fantastic, so laid back yet so on the mark! We now put that lesson into practical use at every opportunity. The stop off by the Golden Gate Bridge gave us the chance to take some wonderful photos back towards the city. It's a full 9 hour day trip but worth every minute and every dollar. We have memories which will be a long time fading. Visited September 2015
