Tour an active olive oil mill, and listen in as you learn about the history and production of the olive oil and aged balsamic vinegars. Your visit will be completed with a private tasting with the oil maker. We finish off your voyage through Wine Country with a visit to a local favorite for chocolate! Listen in as your expert chocolate host walks you through a tasting of wine-infused truffles, beer and wine-flavored brittles, caramels, and other chocolate favorites as you experience traditional chocolate-making methods and its relationship with Wine Country.
