About this activity
Pasta is one of the most important Italian tradition, and every Italian region has its own traditional pasta.
During this cooking class, you will learn how to cook Pici, Tagliatelle, and Gnocchi as well as the sauces for them.
The lesson will end up with a lunch or dinner where you will enjoy a typical Tuscan Meal that will include the 3 kinds of pasta you cooked, a selection of Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses, Cantucci and Vinsanto as dessert.
