Boat was broke down. No one contacted us. Went to location and was told it would not run, maybe later in day. Stood around for over an hour of our one day in Cabo waiting to get some type of written confirmation so not to be charged for tour. Called Viator on return. They said they would confirm and get back to me. No credit to my card yet, but I hopefully it will happen.
