Tortuguero and Pacuare Rafting Adventure 3 Days 2 Nights

Day 1: Adventure Day

After breakfast, one representative will pick you up in the lobby from the hotel and transfer to the adventure. The first day you will paddle 13kms (8 miles) of continuous class III whitewater for a total of 14 rapids. Rated one of the top rivers in the world, you’ll experience the intimate nature of the rainforest as you raft right through it. The warm water, cascading waterfalls, and opulently lush rainforest with its brilliantly colored plants, animals, and birds indulge your senses on every level.

Enjoy a gourmet lunch and continue paddling downriver to the take-out in the Caribbean town of Siquirres where you can take a shower, enjoy the gardens and terrace before transferring to Manatus and enjoy a vacation surrounded by nature, adventure, relaxation and great views.

Day 2: Tortuguero National Park
Wake up with the call of howler monkeys and savor a local breakfast at the lodge overlooking the canal’s scenery. After breakfast explore the creeks of Tortuguero National Park by boat, spotting iguanas, monkeys, crocodiles and beautiful birds.

Day 3: Back to San Jose

This day early in the morning you will be taken back to your hotel in San Jose.
