Day 1: Arrival to Costa Rica

Pass By: Juan Santamaria International Airport, Provincia de Alajuela, Alajuela, Costa Rica
Airport pick up at the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose and transfer to a charming B&B in Escazú.

Day 2: Raft class II-III rapids on an emerald green river lined by lush primary, tropical forests.Check in to the Lodge

Stop At: Pacuare River, Cartago Costa Rica
Rated one of the top rivers in the world, you’ll experience the intimate nature of the rainforest as you raft right through it. The warm water, cascading waterfalls, and opulently lush rainforest with its brilliantly colored plants, animals, and birds indulge your senses on every level. Add in two sections of the exciting Class III-IV white water rapids and you have a tropical adventure packed with rich experiences that last long after you’ve returned home.

Day 3: Transfer to the southern Caribbean coastal town of Cahuita for the night.

Stop At: Pacuare River, Cartago Costa Rica
Descend into the Pacuare canyon and enjoy the rapids of Huacas, Cimarrona and Dos Montañas, the infamous and awesome gorge!

Day 4: Shuttle to Almirante, Panama and water taxi to Bocas Town followed by a private boat transfer to our hotel in Bastimento

Stop At: Cahuita National Park, Cahuita Costa Rica
Discover Cahuita National Park before our departure to the border town of Sixaola.
Duration: 3 hours

Day 5: Explore Bastimentos Island

Pass By: Bastimentos National Park, Isla Bastamientos, Isla Colon Panama

Day 6: Explore Colon Island
