Itinerary

Our Fitness Holidays are a complete package designed to help you lose weight, get fit or improve your current fitness levels. Suitable for everyone regardless of age, weight or physical abilities.

There are 3 Fitness Classes per day all done in the mornings so the afternoons are free to relax.

Classes consist of Beach Training, Circuits, Boxing / Kickboxing pad work, Kettlebells and Krav Maga.

You will be provided with 3 Healthy Meals per day and we can cater for all food allergies and intolerances.
