Park was fab - but you need to get to each show at least mins beforehand to guarantee a seat (makes lunch breaks difficult).
All we went for is a pick-up and drop-off service with ticket entry to Loro Park. Whilst the pickup was smooth, the drop-off wasn't at all. The driver didn't bother informing the passengers that people were to get off on reaching a particular location. Luckily I was not sleeping and realised early that our hotel has gone past. When I went to the driver on the next stop, he was least bothered. He did'nt have the courtesy to at least stand-up or announce on the mic informing about the stop. He did not do a detour and we had to get off the bus at least a 1.5 miles away from our hotel and used google maps to work our way back to the hotel. Come on guys! The only two things expected from you were to do a pick-up and drop-off and you failed to deliver on that promise. I have always used Viator for my trips but this time it turned out to be extremely disappointing :
