Doing Stand Up Paddle is so easy that it will allow you to discover El Médano bay corners in a peaceful way. This is a not very complex sport, so you can enjoy a delightful tour at the bay that lasts up to 3 hours at a low difficulty level. With this relaxing tour you will explore amazing landscapes, and you will be able to get close to ‘Montaña Roja’, a 171 meters high volcano highly valued as a natural scenery. Also you will find one of the best samples of inorganic sand from the island.

The Stand Up Paddle allows you to use almost all of your body muscles, it helps you to gain more balance, it improves your self-esteem and your physical resistance, and gives you an unforgettable day experience.
Participants do not need to have previous experience, but they should not have medical or physical conditions that can put to risk to themselves or others while doing Stand Up Paddle manoeuvrers. Any previous illnesses or injuries should be notified beforehand to the instructors.
