The Palacio de La Moneda, commonly known as La Moneda, is the seat of the president of the Republic of Chile. It also houses the General Secretariat of the Presidency, and the General Secretariat of Government. The Plaza de la Constitución is located to the north and the Citizenship square to the south.
La Moneda has 40 rooms, one for the president and the rest for his ministers.

Cerro Santa Lucía is an urban park located in the heart of the city of Santiago de Chile. It is bordered to the south by Avenida Libertador General Bernardo O'Higgins, near the Santa Lucia subway station. It has an altitude of 629 meters above sea level, a height of 69 meters and an area of 65 300 m².

Then we´ll cover the uptown financial district. In the end. we stop in one of the most prestigious handicraft store.

Then we suggest the traditional "Vaquita Echá" in Pirque or the traditional Central Market in Santiago for lunch or Similar.( at your own expense).later you will head for Concha y Toro vineyards.
Visitors will gladly be received in Don Melchor Square by a Guide inviting you to enjoy the panoramic view accompanied by a glass of wine, with it in the hand the visitors walk through the old park, going back in time by appreciating the Pirque Casona (Big house) ,Concha y Toro Family´s residence.
Remarkable place where the major wines company ,in our country, emerged more than 100 years ago.
In the Pirque vineyards you´ll be informed on vides, technological and cultural management which stand for a first quality industrial output.
Concha y Toro invites you a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, while you´re witnessing the old legend inside the old facilities. Once the tour is finished, we go back to your hotel.

I would definitely not recommend this trip. It was suppose to be a group tour but it was just us and we only got to get out of the car twice the entire day. For a city tour and based on the description Viator had when I selected this tour we should have been walking around the city center, learning about the history of the city not driving through expensive neighborhoods or going to residential areas with nothing open. I would have expected that maybe if this was a highlights tour or there were a large group but with two people and the driver/tourguide I expected more. Basically we had to do get to know the city on our own. The only highlight was Concha y Toro and their guided tour and wine tasting.
Very interesting tour of the city and the vinyards. Our English speaking guide was clear and easy to understand. I wish we could have gotten there an hour before our scheduled tour because there is a great looking restaurant on the grounds and the food looked delicious. It would have been nice to have had time to grab a bite. My only complaint is that we did ask for an English speaking driver, but he spoke no English at all. And my Spanish was too limited for us to communicate. Luckily there was another guest on our tour who was able to translate for us.
We took this tour on a Sunday which was a great day for sightseeing as the roads were quiet. Our guide was very knowledgeable and showed us all the sights and more. We stopped for a great lunch in the market recommended by our guide. There were only four of us for the afternoon tour of the vineyard was also good. This included wine tasting where we were allowed to take the glasses home with us. We all bought wine which was good quality and at a good price.
