Canava Santorini was established in 1974 by Evagellos Lygnos and today his son, Loukas, still produces the same fine spirits with the same principles, recipes, and raw materials, that his father taught him. On our tour through their jaw-dropping museum, “Santorini, The Days Gone By.”, you will find yourself immersed in the everyday life of an era bygone. Walk through the local village from years ago, sit in Giagia’s parlor, stroll through the main square, and even shop from a street-market of the past! We guarantee that you will be blown away by the hours of work, the details, knowledge and passion that was put into this effort giving you a true glimpse into history. After the tour, we sit at a traditional cafene where you’ll be offered tastings of local Ouzo, Tsipouro & liqueurs made only in Santorini!

a true paradise for wine connoisseurs and one of the most special places on earth. We visit their museum, a rare place without equal, nestled inside a labyrinthine cave that’s 8 meters below ground and 300 meters long! It took the Koutsoyannopoulos family 21 years of hard work, patience and perseverance to complete the wine museum and the result is mind-blowing! There, the visitor can catch a glimpse of what life as a Santorinian wine-maker was like and trust us, it’s much harder than you would expect and yet yields some of the best wines in the world! After the tour in the underground museum you can indulge in a wine tasting of 4 of their best, most popular wines!

our first stop takes us to The Volcan Beer Terace where we’ll be met by the naïve enthusiasts that started this brewery in hard times, yet managed to turn their passion and mighty dynamic into an international beacon for premium beer. After our tour you will be offered a tasting of 3 locally produced beers that are appraised worldwide for their superior quality and an one of a kind vinsanto aperitif!
