George and Paola are amazing! Great class, great food and great company. I would highly recommend this incredible experience to anyone interested in learning how to prepare authentic Greek dishes that have been past down from 5 generations. I learned so much, I plan on hosting Greek dinner party back here in the States!!!

This was one of our favorite things that we did on our trip. We were greeted with a bottomless glass of wine and snacks. We learned how to make a few dishes and how we should prep for them. When the teaching segment was over, we sat out on the patio to enjoy the food and company of others from the class. It was a great experience and we hope to recreate the meals at home using the recipes that we received at the end of the class.

Everything about this experience was 5 star. Start with truly gracious hosts (George/Paula) to a visually beautiful home and finally a truly unique and fun cooking experience. We were greeted with wine, water and dips, told about the history and unique story of how our hosts came about the idea of Petra Kouzina, learned from George creating several authentic Greek dishes and finally enjoyed our beautiful meal on the patio.
