This tour was amazing! I loved it! My guide was awesome. He picked me up at my hotel on time. I saw everything I wanted to see in Sao Paulo plus more. My guide was so nice, friendly, and informative about the history of the city, and each landmark where we stopped. He was patient, and had no problem stopping to take pictures of me when I asked. I would definitely recommend this tour.

There were 7 of us from the state of Wisconsin USA. All had different interests and some were hesitant to tour Sao Paulo but everyone was very glad they went. We had no traffic issues. We had no bad experiences. The guide and driver were very professional. The guide answered all of our questions about landmarks we passed. He gave us so much information on the history, culture and sights. The driver helped us on and off the van which is more than our other drivers we had later in the trip. The guide let us each pick a sight and fit them all in. We went to Batman Alley which everyone enjoyed. We took in a few from atop a building of the city skyline. We learned about the train stations each being built to accommodate a different commodity. We toured a cathedral. We shopped at a bookstore and the guide helped me try to find something I was looking for. The architecture of the city was viewed and explained to us. Everyone enjoyed the lunch spot. We learned how the citizens pay by the pound for their meals quite different than here. I would highly recommend the private tour to anyone who wants to customize the city tour to their needs. We all rated our guide and driver as excellent.

I met my guide Adi next to the MASP ticket kiosk which was straightforward and a good start. I had booked a 5 hr tour and couldnt have come away any happier or well informed. Firstly the tour more than satisfied my curiosity regarding Sao Paulo. It was well balanced with sites and information taking in the bohemian street art precinct including a coffee in a great cafe, a look inside a local church complete with spectacular art work a wedding had just taken place so the visit also had a very nice local community feel, some of the more impressive local monuments and architectural structures, and a couple of the local parks and open spaces. We took in the chaos of the shopping district and japanese quarter and finished with a bite to eat in the food markets. Adi and I got on very well and I found him polite, informative and fun. He also demonstrated a great rapport with the local people and was interested and respectful of all people we met with. His interest in the city life shone through. Great way to learn about Sao Paulo in a day. Just do it!

My CC concierge service suggested this tour through Viator - and what a wonderful day I had! Luiz Q. made my day in Sao Paulo very memorable, and provided a fantastic custom itinerary and tour of Sao Paulo that wouldn't be possible with any other company. He shared an intimate knowledge of the city's rich history, architecture, and happily helped translate and interact with local artists and others. It was obvious how well respected and friendly he is just by how many of the locals went out of their way to smile and say hello. I can't wait for my next visit, and more incredible adventures! Muito obrigado, meu amigo!!
