- Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the 6:50 scheduled departure time in order to register your attendance on the trip.
- A dinner bento option (Crab rice: JPY1,200, no tea) is available for those interested. Please write in 'Special Requirements' at the time of booking to express your interest. Pay in cash on the day.
- Delays or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to a refund.
- According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may be changed and/or the arrival back to Sapporo is delayed.
- If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure; you will be informed by e-mail and suggested a new departure date or receive a full refund.
- This tour is shared with Japanese passengers.
- Please wear warm clothing and appropriate footwear.
- The tour ending point may be different from the tour starting point. Please ask the tour conductor on the day.
- Some ingredients in the meal are subject to change, especially seafood.
- The cruise will last approximately an hour but this may change according to the ice conditions on the day.
- As drift ice is a natural occurrence, there is no guarantee that there will be any on your tour day. The cruise will nevertheless go ahead as a sightseeing ride.
- Garinko II ride is subject to favorable weather. The cruise ride may be cancelled or shortened depending on the situation on the sea. In case the ride is cancelled, the cruise ride fee (group fare) will be refunded on the tour day. If you cancel/change this tour due to the cancellation of the cruise ride, the cancellation fee will be applied.
