Shamisen Playing Experience in Sapporo

1. Arrive and meet your instructor at Kimono Kobo MAMEGURA, a kimono studio located 3 minutes walk from Nishisen 6-jo Station on the Sapporo City Tram, or 12 minutes walk from Nishi Juitchome Station on Sapporo Subway Tozai Line. (5 min)

2. Watch the instructor demonstrate a practice piece. (5 min)

3. Learn about shamisen from the instructor. (15 min)

4. Now, time to kick off your practice session. Even if you don’t have much musical experience, no need to worry as the experienced instructor will guide you through every step. (30 min)

5. Take a short break. (10 min)

6. Enjoy a performance by the instructor who has performed on many stages home and abroad. (15 min)

7. Resume the practice session. (30 min)

8. Play through the practice piece to end your experience on a high note. (10 min)
