- An optional dinner bento box is available for JPY1,000. Contents: egg omelette, grilled fish, Chinese style crab dumpling, fried scallop, sweet potato bun, scallop rice, etc. If interested, please write a comment in the "Special Preferences" section of the booking form when booking or contact the tour operator at least 5 days before the departure date. Payment will be by cash on the day so please make sure you have enough cash.
- If you do not order the dinner bento option, then please buy/have dinner before returning to Sapporo or buy it at Kitano Mori Garden.
- If the tour operator has to cancel the tour because of a typhoon, heavy snow or other circumstances beyond their control, this will be decided by 3pm the day before tour departure. You will be informed by e-mail and suggest a new departure date or receive the full refund.
- Please note if weather conditions are poor, you may not be able to see flowers in full bloom. The blooming period is different each year and varies depending on the weather and temperature of the season. In some cases you might not be able to enjoy flowers in full bloom. In such a case, visiting time may be shortened or you will visit other sightseeing spots instead. This will be decided according to the flower blooming conditions.
- This tour is operated for both Japanese and foreign customers. A Japanese tour conductor with an English/Chinese-speaking staff will be accompanied with the tour and will provide you with some necessary information during the trip, but he/she is not responsible for providing any detailed introduction of attractions
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
- Depending on the traffic or weather condition, the order of the itinerary may change, also the bus arrival may be delayed. Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions made to the itinerary due to unforeseeable circumstances are not subject to a refund.
