The tour was insightful and interesting. Our guide, Jenna, collected us on time at our hotel and brought us around the city, pointing out various sights before reaching the tunnel itself. It's difficult to believe that the siege happened such a short time ago. Jenna is from Sarajevo, her personal stories and those of her family made it all the more moving and emotional. Cannot recommend this tour enough. Afterwards, Jenna took us to a viewing point for coffee , a chat and to overlook the stunning city of Sarajevo. We will remember this forever.

Highlight of the trip, our guide took us to a number of important sights around the city, something you wouldn’t get from one of the ‘free tours’. Can’t recommend enough.

Dzenana is a bubbly and chippy guide who made us feel very welcomed. The tour was informative and interactive as we get to ask questions that gave us answers from real life experiences. We've learnt so many things about Sarajevo's rich culture and history through her sharing. The stories from the past have touched our hearts so deeply, and we wouldn't have understand it better if not for Dzenana. She has her unique way in making us feel comfortable throughout the trip and it felt like she was more of a friend than a guide to us. Thank you, Dzenana and Invictatravel for making our trip to BiH a very memorable one!

This tour was one of the highlights on my recent trip to Sarajevo. Our tour guide, Edin, was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly throughout the whole tour. We saw many different interesting things and heard lots of stories that only a local could know. Edin added a personal touch by talking about his family, his upbringing and their experiences during the war. Highly recommended!
