About this activity
Itinerary
You will arriver at the shop where you will be greeted by one the the team who will get you signed in and all the necessary paperwork will be filled out, You then will be taken upstairs to the changing area and given all your equipment for you session. you will be able to use the free lockers. when your changed and ready we will bring you down stairs and get you out on the beach for your session.
**Please note that we do not take responsibility for you valuable items left on site while you are out on your session**

This is where you session will be held, You will start with a 10 - 15 minute talk about what your session will in-tail and about water safety after this you water based session will start and last about 1h 30m - 1h 40m. when your session is over you will come back on the the beach where you will be debriefed and then you will return to the shop to get changed.

When your back at the shop you will be able you make use of the free indoor hot shower and get your self ready in you own time. Remember that you get discount in our cafe next door so you could treat your self to a hot drink or sum yummy Fish & Chips!
