Signed up for the 2-day Olympic National Park and Mt. Rainier National Park Tour and if it were not for prior knowledge of area/sites, this tour would have been rated lower. Tour guide did not introduced himself until approx. 10-15 minutes after the start while on the road. Tour itself felt like a Chinese speaking tour with parts translated into English (many on tour were Chinese speaking but this was advertised as an English tour). Guide was constantly on phone (talking, texting) and driving was a bit precarious (passing on shoulder). Tour was good in being able to see intended sites.

First day was a disorganized mess. Day 2 was better. My biggest issue was the lack of information overall. I was provided an address at the time of booking and that is it. No confirmation email with details, no follow up email with lodging accommodation information, nothing. I showed up to the address which ended up being a restaurant and not a touring company office. An unmarked van showed up. The young tour guide wanted to charge me twice for park fees. We cleared that up and moved on. I had to ask about my lodging accommodations, he wasn’t sure. No one knew what was going on. Communication was the biggest issue. For the price, you get what you pay for. Not bad, but not great !
