About this activity

This cooking class begins with a 30 minute tour of Pike Place Market to connect us to the local ingredients that will be used in class. Class format is designed to create an ideal learning environment and interaction with other participants and chef. It will mostly be hands-on but is subject to change depending on the chef and the menu.

Con game called a cooking class experience. There is no skilled chef here. There is no beautiful atrium kitchen. There is nothing of any value to this program. The group leader embraces the notion that each of the participants, the ones who paid 127 to attend, should cook the meal... sounds appetizing, right? Nope, not to me either.
