Should you choose, you can hike the Trail of the Shadows, a leisurely 0.7-mile loop through old growth forest and meadows or simply enjoy the Longmire Musuem to Learn more about Mt. Rainier National Park.

The visitor center offers general information on Mt. Rainier and nature in the area. A new park film along with guided ranger programs as well as a book and gift store and cafeteria. The Visitor Center also offers a most spectacular view of Mt. Rainier on a clear day.

Just a short 15-minute walk from the bus, this waterfall will be one you don't want to miss.

After leaving Mt. Rainier National Park, we'll have one last stop to replenish your energy and try one of the best burgers or milkshakes at Scaleburgers. A little roadside stand located in Elbe, WA that pays homage to its weigh station roots and always uses the best ingredients. No hockey puck frozen burgers, they buy their hamburger from a commercial butcher in nearby Olympia. Don't forget to try their most popular item on the menu, the chocolate hand-dipped shakes. Note: They only accept cash and close after Labor Day.

Had a great time on this tour. Good to be able to just go and not drive. Best to have a guide to take you to the best viewing spots instead of having to discover them on your own.
