We took the Magic Trolley to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. The tour guide was very informative. She pointed out a lot of interesting sights and stories behind them as we were riding a long. I would sit next to a real glass window, and not the plastic windows they had on the trolley, because you couldn't see well out of those windows. Maybe they take those down when the weather warms up, but they had them up when we took our tour in mid-March. Overall, it was a quick tour 1 hour but very good. I would recommend it. If you drive there yourself, you can't park next to the church, and have to walk up a fairly steep incline. If you take the trolley, they take you clear to the top and park next to the church. Worth every penny! Don't forget to leave a tip, no matter how small, in the little bucket at the front of the trolley. I think we were the only ones that left anything for the tour guide and driver.

It is like nothing I have ever seen. The nice thing about the tour is we did not have to walk up the mountain to the chapel. The trolley has a parking space in the few spaces by the chapel itself. The chapel is small in size, but the view is amazing. There is a gift shop as well. It is lit at night and a must see after dark. My daughter loved it to and she is a teenager..

While you could easily do this trip yourself, our guides provided great local information about Sedona that you would never know unless you took their tour.
