About this activity
On arrival at the rental office in the heart of Sedona, right below Thunder Mountain, you will be greeted by a staff member with expert knowledge of the region. After you fill out the necessary paperwork, you'll get a detailed explanation of vortex sites, wineries, rock formations, scenic drives, switchback roads, and dining establishments that you might visit during your allotted 5 hours with a Polaris Slingshot rental.
Finally, you will be shown to your three-wheeled roadster and instructed on how to properly drive the vehicle. Coast out of the parking lot to Lower Red Rock Loop Road to get used to its slick features and handling, then take off down the road when you're ready.
During your self-drive tour, feel free to stop at Red Rock Crossing where the flowing creek sits under Cathedral Rock, a vortex site for relaxation and listening to the harmonious sounds of nature. Head over to Dry Creek Road to see Fay Canyon, Buoyant Pass Road, and Devil's Bridge, and soar through Oak Creek Canyon to drive within the canyon walls. You might even venture to find freshwater springs to rejuvenate your body with the minerals of Sedona. Coast down Airport Road or Highway 179, see the Chapel of the Holy Cross, and much more.

Excellent activity. Fun way to see the sights in Sedona. Great customer service. Be advised that the slingshot has a manual transmission. Be sure to take sunblock, a tight hat, and maybe a bandana or wrap to cover the lower face.
