Sedona Outdoor Yoga & Hiking

Meet Your Guide at a designated West Sedona location, which will be shared in your confirmation email. After introductions, clients sign basic waiver forms, then all head out together to the outdoor Yoga and/or Hiking location - usually about 5-15 minute drive. You are welcome to follow your Guide or all drive together. Upon arrival at the trail or scenic Yoga spot, your activity begins - Hiking or Yoga practice. On the Vortex Hike - with our without Yoga, you will be guided on an amazing Red Rock Hike visiting locations only local experts are apprised, learning a bit of Sedona's geology as well as about flora, fauna, and history from your entertaining and knowledgeable Guide. Travelling at your own pace, your Guide will remind and share with you the path to tap into Sedona's Vortex energy for yourselves. Experience this power for your own transformation and growth. If Yoga is chosen during your outing, the pace and style will be suited specifically for your ability and needs. Props and mats will be provided, as well as expert renowned Yoga instruction and key, perfectly-timed adjustments. You and your Guide will travel back to the meet-up location, as all outings wrap up within 2-3 hours. All outings provide an opportunity for fun, as well as fitness, and spiritual insight here in amazing Sedona!
