Two hour Sunset Hike with Life Coaching - easy non strenuous hike!

Itinerary

I offer Sunrise of Sunset Vortex Hike. It's a non-strenuous hike for those who desire to expand spiritual awareness, gain clarity towards life’s goals and feel empowered. It's a combination of a life coaching session with a nature walk and non-athletic weightless moves that will awaken your senses and bring you the clarity you need to overcome life's obstacles. I’ll teach you active meditation and yin & yang exercises to help you center and connect with Sedona's vortex energy. I'll also show you a quick and easy energy-centering exercise to perform at home so that you can activate vortex energies. You’ll feel more in control, you'll release built-up stress or energy blocks, and you'll be inspired. These activities are highly interactive and are great for team building. When performed in groups they'll promote a sense of bonding, motivation, and trust. If you come by yourself you will learn how to access your inner power and feel confident and stress-free. At the end of my hiking therapy experience, you'll receive a summary of our activities, and suggestions of other powerful places to visit in Sedona.
